Why do I need a website?

Having a professional website is a way for you to connect with new potential clients, and it's oftentimes the first impression. It will allow you to share your story & your business in a unique way, something that just can't be replicated with social media or any other standardized platforms. Can you help me show up on Google?

Yes, the Premium Plan includes our Search Engine Service which will ensure that you're properly set up on Google - this is the foundation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Learn more about our Premium Plan.

What's needed from me to get started, and how much of my time will it take?

Only 5 minutes. Once you complete the initial sign up & on-boarding process, we can do the rest. Of course you're welcome to be as involved as you'd like, but it's not required. We'll give you updates every step of the way, and our team is standing by whenever questions arise.

How long until my website is live?

Once you complete the 5 minute on-boarding process, it generally takes us 2-3 weeks to build your new website.. on average it takes us 1 week to gather and confirm important details, and 1-2 weeks to build the website. Once it's built, we'll send you an email with a link to review the site before we go live.

Is there a cost for the initial setup of the website and integrations?

We do charge a small one-time fee to help cover initial setup, design, and integrations. The cost depends on the level of complexity, your Client Success Specialist will go over this in more detail during sign up.

Can I cancel?

Absolutely, you can easily cancel anytime through the Admin Dashboard or contacting us. Certain cancellations are eligible for a refund, please review our Refund Policy for more details.

What if I don't like my new website?

If you like our example websites, we promise you'll love the new website we build for you. And if there's anything you want changed after the initial setup, we'll make as many changes as you'd like until it's exactly what you're looking for.

What if I need to make changes to my website later on?

No problem. Once your website is set up, you'll get access to the PremPage Admin Dashboard - this is where you can go to easily update photos & content on your website anytime. Or if you'd prefer us to handle the website edits, we suggest the Premium Plan where you can just send us your revisions & we'll take care of the rest.

Are you a custom development agency?

We are not. Our primary focus is building affordable websites from our own templates. With that said, feel free to reach out to us and we'd be happy to point you in the right direction! We've helped many brands get off the ground, like Sift Homes, and we'd be happy to advise you as well.

Can I switch plans or billing cycles?

You can switch billing cycles anytime through the admin dashboard. For more details on how we handle changes to plans, please review our Plan & Cycle Updates Policy

Sometimes I email my clients, can you help me set up a professional email address?

Yes, we can help you set up a custom email address, something like name@yourdomain.com. If you ever communicate with your clients over email, setting up a professional email is important. Contact your Client Success Specialist to learn more about our options.

Do I get a discount if I switch to the annual subscription?

Yes, you can save up to $192 by paying annually.
